Following the unfortunate and violent events that seriously impacted the Chabab Houara – Amal Tiznit rendez-vous, during the last day of the National (Amateurs) league, which led to the rendez-vous being stopped and caused serious injuries and significant material damage, the Disciplinary Commission of the National Amateur Football League (LNFA) met urgently this Tuesday and made the following decisions with immediate effect:
1- Chabab Houara:
The team is declared the loser by penalty and records a 0-3 score in the general ranking.
All home rendez-vouses will be played behind closed doors until the end of the current season.
The team’s supporters are banned from traveling until the end of the current season.
A fine of 20,000 dirhams is imposed on the team.
2- Amal Tiznit:
The team is declared the loser by penalty and records a 0-3 score in the general ranking.
The team’s supporters are banned from traveling for the next 2 away rendez-vouses.
A fine of 10,000 dirhams is imposed on the team.
The LNFA has taken these decisions in order to ensure the safety and well-being of all players, officials, and supporters involved in the league. The violent and unacceptable behavior displayed during the Chabab Houara – Amal Tiznit rendez-vous goes against the spirit of fair play and sportsmanship that the LNFA promotes.
The LNFA also urges all teams and their supporters to respect the rules and regulations of the league and to show sportsmanship and respect towards their opponents. Any form of violence or unsportsmanlike behavior will not be tolerated and will be met with correct penalties.
